Maintain a consistently high-quality beverage program using MCI recipes and procedures.
Create a positive and supportive work environment
Contribute to the development of the staff, including interviewing, hiring, training and performance management.
Work collaboratively with the Professional Baking Program to communicate information, challenges, and needs.
Manage schedules and time-off requests.
Maintain ordering and inventory.
Act as a steward of college resources.
Proficient on Point of Sales system and adherence to proper cash handling procedures and standards with a high level of accuracy.
Understand and enforce MCI food safety policies
Perform related duties as required
Candidates will be evaluated based on application materials, including the supplemental questions and personal interview(s), and will be required to demonstrate competencies in the following areas:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with major course work in restaurant or hotel management, or closely related field; OR Associates Degree in food service management, nutritional care or related field; AND one year of food service supervisory experience; OR high school diploma or GED Certificate AND four years of experience in an industrial, commercial or institutional food service supervisory experience.
Valid State of Washington Food Handlers Card.
