Overview: St Luke's is seeking a Chaplain to become an integrated member of our Twin Falls spiritual care team. Provide evidence based, expert spiritual care to our patients and their loved ones including spiritual assessment, interventions, outcomes, and an integrated plan of care. Extends spiritual support to the interdisciplinary team members through team building activities. Collaborates with hospital staff including staff chaplains, community clergy, community resources, and hospice team members to ensure quality spiritual care across the continuum of care.
