Job DescriptionBoston College Dining Services is seekingfriendly and flexible individuals to work in temporary non-benefitedpositions. BC Dining Temps may work up to 18 hours per week, whichmay include late night and weekends. Positions would cover the needs ofthe operation for basic shift running responsibilities to include cashhandling, customer service, accurate food portioning, proper equipment use,food safety and sanitation and overall policy compliance. In addition, maypossibly oversee a small function during the shift. Must demonstratehands-on personnel management, customer service, leadership, and have a strongdesire for providing quality food and beverage products to our guests in acourteous, friendly and effective way.
Hourly Rate
Ranges $22.48 to 25.50
Requirements Ability to manage and work effectively with students, faculty, and staffclientele in a high volume and fast-paced environment. Good leadership, clearcommunication and human relations skills with professional stylenecessary. Must be able to multitask, be self-motivated, highlyenergetic, organized, and results-oriented. Bi-lingual English/Spanishskills and computer literacy are helpful.
