We are searching a Technical Services Representative to join our Commercial Team, willing to develop their professional career in an international and innovative environment integrated in a multidisciplinary, competitive and highly qualified team.

As a Viscofan Technical Service Representative, you will offer technical support to our customers, working closely with the Regional and Territory Sales Managers, to expand existing business, develop new projects and assist on product application, training and troubleshooting. Strong technical sales and people skills are a must with the ability to interact and communicate in a timely and efficient basis with all levels of customer operations, R&D, marketing, and procurement personnel in addition to internal company structure.

Functions:

• Assist customers with applications in the meat/cheese/fish industry.
• Innovate for the food processing industry with new ideas and products analysis of customer needs.
• Troubleshoot at customer level to find solutions.
• Perform tests and trials with customers, on-site.
• Provide regular written follow-up documentation and updates on projects and visits.

These are the requirements:

• BS or equivalent experience in meat/food science or related field in meat/food processing industries.
• Efficient in Microsoft Office
• English. Spanish is a plus
• Travel within a multi-state region 75% of the time travelling and being with customers.
• Driver's license.
