The Retail Production Team Lead will oversee the Production Center area for Retail. This position will be responsible for prepping, preparing, training, quality control, food safety oversight, and supervising staff.
Hours are Mon-Fri, 7:00am-3:30pm with variable hours when needed.

High school or equivalent experience. Three years of food preparation experience and mastery of all kitchen and dining tasks and attributes; equivalent experience/education considered. Ability to read, write, weigh, and measure necessary. The ability to communicate is essential. Must have the ability to train and lead others. Food Handler's permit or ability to obtain by passing the Safety and Sanitation test required. Ability to lift up to 50lbs and push/pull up to 100lbs required.

Associate degree or equivalent experience. Relevant food/dietetic/hospitality or business field experience. Management experience in a non-commercial dining service operation desirable.
