International Dairy Deli Bakery Association (IDDBA) is hiring for an Exhibits Coordinator. Position is responsible for sponsorship development, New Product Showcase, and contributing to exhibits sales, event planning, event management, and future Events Department initiatives.

IDDBA is a nonprofit trade association serving food retailers, manufacturers, wholesalers, brokers, distributors, and other industry professionals. In addition to its internationally recognized annual tradeshow event, the association provides 365 day-a-year education and business solutions to its robust member base. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Execution of IDDBA event sponsorship strategy and fulfilment
• Execution of New Product Showcase
• Execution of Virtual New Products Showcase
• Supports exhibitor processes (i.e., application, booth assignments, new product showcase)
• Supports events marketing plan
• Assigned exhibit sales strategy elements
• Development of exhibitor relationships
• Meets agreed upon revenue goals
• Show execution (IDDBA Central, Show Floor Manager)
• Contributes to show planning
• Assists with tracking data for competing events
• Identifies opportunities for process improvements and works with other departments to implement

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Positive, flexible outlook
• Understanding of exhibits/tradeshow industry
• Experience with Office 365 applications is preferred
• Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Completes assigned projects on time, with quality to meet objectives and budget fidelity
• Some travel required
• Contributes to improving efficiency of association events
• Contributes to long-range plans for Events Department
• Maintains contacts within tradeshow industry
• Brings supportive, optimistic, “can-do” attitude to department and association projects
• Represents association with optimism and professionalism within association committees and the industry

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Madison, WI Office; Hybrid-Onsite

Workdays/Hours: Monday-Friday with Occasional Weekends

Travel: Approximately 12+ Days of Travel Per Year

Wage: Based upon Qualifications
