Gustavus Adolphus College invites applications for a non-exempt (hourly) Market Place Staff in the Dining Service. The work schedule is 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. The shift is Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pm.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare menu items including hot and cold Deli sandwiches and wraps
Prep and stock deli sandwich ingredients
Develop unique sandwich and wrap recipes
Work with and mentor college student employees.
Prerequisites
MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Six months experience in a high-volume dining service or restaurant, preferred.
