Culinary Training Instructor
The Culinary Instructor serves as primary liaison between the Hospitality Management (HM) Program and the Dining Services (DS) management team; responsible for lab content and teaching lab course for CSHSPMG 2710 (Introduction to Food Production); provides oversight and mentoring to students in acquiring culinary skills & techniques and an understanding of professional kitchen equipment and terminology; ensures the integration of theory and practice; monitors and evaluates specific learning experiences of the HM students and assists the HM faculty/instructors in assessing students learning objectives for lab work; serves as primary instructor/coordinator for all special events taking place in the Instructional Kitchen (IK) at the Ohio Union; responsible for maintaining the cleanliness o
