System Food and Clinical Nutrition Manager - 4800 Fournace, Houston, TX
The System Food and Clinical Nutrition Manager is responsible to plan, organize lead and manage Registered Dietetic Technicians, Clinical Dietitians, I, II and III in their delivery of nutritional care of assigned patients. Also responsible for patient and retail menu analysis, quality assurance, food safety and sanitation, clinical nutrition projects. Practice the Nutrition Care Process in delivering nutrition care to patients being cared for by manager.Minimum QualificationsEducation/Specialized Training/Licensure:Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics, Food Science or Nutrition. Licensed Dietitian (LD) (State of Texas), Registered Dietitian (RD).M
