Dining Service Team Leader (6:00am-2:30pm, M-F)
Requisition Number: S_231208Department: Housing: Knoll Res Cnt-Willa Cather Dining-6777Description of Work: This position is responsible for writing menus, recipe development, forecasting, ordering food items, maintaining records, production and service of bakery/dessert area. Supervises dining service workers in the bakery and presentation and service of bakery items. Set up and take down stations, take inventory, operate dish machine and cleaning. Other responsibilities include cost and waste control, food presentation, monitor food quality (temperature, taste and appearance), organization and cleanliness of storage areas, training and providing customer service. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
