This position is in Food, Science and Technology within the College of Food, Agricultural and Environmental Sciences. The Visiting Scholar will be working on a funded project to process bio materials such proteins and starches of great importance to the area of food processing, and closely related to CFAES mission. The scholar will work on extrusion, mechanical and chemical characterization of bio materials in Dr. Osvaldo Campanella's laboratory and will be responsible for pilot plant work, literature review on the topic, and writing reports and papers.Education/Experience:Required years of experience: Bachelor degree in Engineering.Master degree Engineering preferred.
