Job Description: Coordinates the planning and execution of daily practice fueling, game day and travel nutrition, and competition fueling strategies.Provides personalized nutrition guidance to student athletes.Oversees the operation of fueling stations, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely restocking, and adherence to food safety standards.Manages the stocking and distribution of nutritional supplements to individual student athletes and teams.Creates educational materials and resources for student-athletes and coaching staff.Supports athlete monitoring through participation in testing, tracking, and reporting of key metrics.Hires, trains, evaluates, and supervises student employees.
