OverviewSt. Luke's Health System in Twin Falls is seeking a Community Health Social Worker to join our Emergency Medical Services team. Integrated with our Community Health Emergency Medical Services team, this Social Worker will work with Paramedics to provide behavioral health support during transitions of care, assist with the overdose leave-behind/follow up program, and address community behavioral health crisis needs. This is a full-time temporary position to June 30, 2024 supporting the Community Health Health Emergency Services (CHEMS) initiatives for the Magic Valley.
