 The American Association of Meat Processors (AAMP) is North America&#39;s largest meat trade organization composed over 1,600 small and medium-sized meat and poultry plants across the country.&quot; 
 
  Participants must be at least 18 years of age. Participants must also be able to provide their own form of transportation. Minimum time for an internship is 3 months.  The internship is paid. The wages/hour are agreed upon by the intern and the host processor prior to the internship beginning. Geographic location and previous experience of the intern will strongly influence the amount/hour.</description>
