Under the direction of the Assistant Manager for The Lookout Restaurant, the Part-Time Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the restaurant and bar. This includes supervising both front-of-house and back-of-house staff during shifts, ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining operational standards, and supporting compliance with all applicable food safety and alcohol service regulations.
